Anders manages a design and production team of 8, which includes art directors, production artists, photographers and an illustrator. The creative team is responsible for the art direction and design of all consumer, corporate and marketing materials for RedPoint. Under his direction, RedPoint publications such as Avenue, Wine Access and up! are consistently nominated for—and often win—national and international awards.

Anders’ work plays a key role in cultivating new clients and garnering new projects from current clients. His philosophy for creating award-winning magazines is to develop a product that is unique, entertaining, bold and striking. A leader in Calgary’s design community, Anders has an intense passion for learning new design mediums and mentoring young designers.
